we had kathleen sebelius come and say that everything was ready to go. here is the issue -- if you outlaw the kind of insurance people actually have, they won't be able to keep those plans. they passed a law three years ago to outlaw the kinds of insurance that people have in -- and they are surprised that people don't have them? we talked about that in the 2010 elections. we talked about it in the 2012 elections. we heard all of the soaring rhetoric and all of these problems and now we see what is happening. the way i see it, there are only two explanations. either they were being dishonest or they are just incompetent. frankly, i don't know which one is the worse. i think the left -- i think they are learning a pretty valuable lesson here. i think the valuable lesson that we are learning here, unfortunately, with all the human collateral damage with the obamacare debacle is that you don't shut out the opposition. you don't cram a bad bill into law. and then when it all blows up in your face, i'm sorry is not going to cut it. that is the lesson i think

. >> you heard from kathleen sebelius this past week. what is your confidence level that healthcare.gov will be working after november 30? >> it will not be. the website in and of itself is a symptom of bigger problems. it kind of obscures these bigger problems. there is a lot of problems beyond that that even if they do get the website working, they will find out that they are not going to get the number of young people in they want. they will find people turned off from the promise that if you like it you can keep it, your health insurance or your doctor. they will see their premiums go up and all those things will be major problems for obama care. that was best reflected by the fact that this week, you have 16 democrats up for election and go down to the white house to complain but they did not get much sympathy from the white house because the white house is so sold on obama care being the answer to everything that they are not willing to admit there's anything wrong. you don't find very much admittance of something wrong and you onl

host: kathleen sebelius. caller: yeah. it embarrasses me. i want to kind of change parties, but my grandfather, father, everybody in my family is a republican. they always have been. i'm kind of ashamed of them. the only republican i like now is john boehner, and i used to like paul ryan, but every time i see paul ryan, like the clip you had earlier i watched, paul ryan reminds me of john boehner. they are kind of the same. i used to think they were both the smartest republicans. i liked them the most. but they just don't understand with the latino votes, it will never be high for them ever, and i don't think they have a high african-american vote, they do white peoplene blow, they have the crazy white people blow. i can see where the -- people vote. i can see where they're going down. they have always needed to go moderate. if they have gotten moderate from the beginning and not gotten in talks with the tea party -- host: you might be interested in a piece on the cover of politico's new magazine, the cover story is locked in the cabinet --
